In the wild and rugged Abruzzo, bears and wolves still live in the wild. The pictures of the breathtaking landscape show a rather unknown Italy where people with unusual professions live. Zoologist Roberta Latini is one of them. She observes bears in the national park and explains their behaviour. She also looks after a problem bear that had become too trusting and now has to live in an enclosure. Eugenio De Rienzo lives in the small village of Scanno. He is a goldsmith with a family tradition and makes special wedding rings, also for a young couple from the neighbouring village.
